Sales Policies


We will select the shipper unless a reasonable alternative is requested. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Credit Card Processing

We accept credit card payments as a form of payment. Additional verification of the credit card may be necessary prior to shipping the order.


We will not sell, rent, or otherwise release any personal information to anyone. The information that you have allowed us to use is for the purpose of our own internal use and is intended to help us serve you better.  More...


Occasionally products may be on backorder. If a purchased item is on backorder, you will be advised accordingly. We will then ship the in-stock item, and ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. If applicable, shipping charges will be applied to all shipments.

Order Processing

Omni Cubed, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is canceled, any authorization on your credit card will be promptly voided. If your credit card has already been charged, a prompt refund will be processed.

Statement of Liability

Omni Cubed, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by officers of Omni Cubed, Inc.

Return Process

All returns to Manufacturer must be authorized in advance, otherwise the return shipment is subject to rejection upon delivery.

To request a return authorization, please contact Omni Cubed Customer Service.

If authorized, the item(s) will be returned, along with documentation of the assigned RMA number, to Manufacturer.

Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA number; RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date of issuance. 

Manufacturer is not responsible for shipping expenses.

Manufacturer shall not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, and recommends fully insuring the shipment.
