At Omni Cubed®, we back our tools with a 5-year warranty covering all manufacturer defects. So, if a product arrives damaged or isn’t working properly out of the box (with no prior use), we’ll take care of it at no cost.

For repairs, start by giving us a call. Many issues can be resolved quickly over the phone, and without the need for shipping. If it can’t, we’ll email you a UPS return label—no charge for shipping it to us. Just print or scan the label at UPS, package the product, and send it in. 

Although we cover inbound shipping, we charge for return shipping. The sole exception is the Pro-Lift Automatic, which is charged shipping both ways. 

Once the product is received, we can typically inspect it the same day. Then we’ll send you a quote through Shopify, and once approved and paid for, we get to work on repairs.

As soon as repairs are complete, we package and ship the product right back to you through UPS.
