SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods and Costs
We utilize Shopify Shipping to calculate shipping costs and options based on the size and weight of our products. At checkout, you can choose from various shipping options provided by USPS and UPS. The Pro-Lift Automatic (PLA-140) is shipped via freight. Customers must contact Omni Cubed prior to placing an order that includes the Pro-Lift Automatic.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship products and accessories to the United States. We ship replacement parts to the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the United States, please reach out to one of our International distributors or contact us with any questions.
Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days after your order is placed. For expedited orders, please call us before placing your order to make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping
For replacement part orders shipping to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that may apply.
RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. Returns must be authorized in advance.
Return Process
To request a return authorization, please contact Omni Cubed Customer Service. If authorized, the item(s) must be returned along with documentation of the assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to Omni Cubed. Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA number, and RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses when returning an item. We recommend fully insuring the return shipment, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
