Sales Policies

 

Shipping:

We will select the shipper unless a reasonable alternative is requested. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Credit Card Processing:

We accept credit card payments as a form of payment. Additional verification of the credit card may be necessary prior to shipping the order.

 

Privacy:

We will not sell, rent, or otherwise release any personal information to anyone. The information that you have allowed us to use is for the purpose of our own internal use and is intended to help us serve you better. More...

 

Backorders:

Occasionally products may be on back order. If a purchased item is on back order, you will be advised accordingly. We will then ship the in-stock item, and ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. If applicable, shipping charges will be applied to all shipments.

 

Order Processing:

Omni Cubed, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is canceled, any authorization on your credit card will be promptly voided. If your credit card has already been charged, a prompt refund will be processed.

 

Statement of Liability:

Omni Cubed, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by officers of Omni Cubed, Inc.

 


Return Policies

 

Returning Products for Exchange or Credit:

A product in resellable condition may be returned for exchange or credit toward future purchases within 90 days of shipment date. “Resellable condition” means the product is unused, in the original packaging, with all original packaging content. Cash refunds will not be issued. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

 

Returning Defective Products:

All products proved to Manufacturer's satisfaction to have been defective at time of shipment may be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise will either be replaced, repaired, or the value of the product issued for credit. At our discretion, we will reimburse shipping and handling charges related to the return and exchange of defective products.

Some products are further warranted against manufacturing and material defects arising under normal usage; refer to specific product warranties for more information.

 

Returning Products Under Warranty:

As of May 1, 2008, all Omni Cubed products are covered under a ONE YEAR limited warranty. For Omni Cubed vacuum pumps sold after 10/15/2009, online registration at www.omnicubed.com is required to receive this full year of coverage (otherwise the pump warranty defaults to 6 months from purchase date).

Return Instructions

 

Step 1:
Obtain RMA (returned merchandise authorization) Form and Number

Contact the Omni Cubed Customer Service Center via email at customerservice@omnicubed.com, or by phone at (877) 311-1976, to request an RMA form. We will either email or fax the form to you, which will contain the RMA number assigned to your return. Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

 

Step 2:
Insure and Ship the Product

Return the product (including all related components) to the Omni Cubed Exchange Center noted on the RMA form. Be sure to include:

  1. Completed RMA form (which was provided to you and contains your RMA number)
  2. Proof of purchase documentation

We recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. We also suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” Omni Cubed shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
